Got questions? We've got answers.

Everything you need to know about getting started, pricing and working with your offshore team.

Getting started

What is outsourcing?

Hiring a provider to run a business function for you. The provider manages the work and the staff day to day.

What is offshoring?

Building your own team in another country, such as the Philippines. You get skilled people at a lower cost, and you manage their work directly.

Which setup do you recommend?

For most businesses, offshoring. You keep direct control of a dedicated team, which usually means better quality, stronger data security and lower costs over time.

What’s the difference between your three solutions?

Flexible Offshoring starts part-time and scales up. With EOR, you bring your own hire and we handle employment, payroll and benefits. Managed Offshoring adds recruitment, a full employment package, devices, monitoring and ongoing HR support.

What roles can you hire for?

Almost any role. We help you write the job description, and our talent team recommends a salary range.

Do you offer part-time roles?

Yes. Start part-time and scale to full-time as you grow.

Can I explore this without committing?

Yes. We give you access to pre-screened candidates in the Philippines free of charge, and we handle shortlisting and interviews. You are only invoiced once you hire your first team member.

How do I get started?

Start with our no-commitment recruitment process. Once you’re ready to hire and the agreement is signed, you can supply the equipment yourself or have us provide and manage it with your IT team. We complete and verify all pre-employment checks before your new team member starts.

Pricing and contracts

How does pricing work?

You pay your team member’s salary and benefits at cost, with no mark-ups, plus a fixed monthly service fee. A one-time set-up fee per hire and a one-month deposit also apply. Estimate your cost.

Are there any other costs?

Yes. A one-time set-up fee per hire covers recruitment, candidate assessments, HRIS set-up and equipment procurement. It varies by solution and is quoted per hire. Equipment deployment is billed separately at actual cost, and we take a one-month deposit. Shortlisting is free, so you only pay once you hire.

What does the monthly service fee include?
  • HR support
  • Payroll administration
  • HRIS administration
  • Timekeeping and attendance
  • Equipment coordination
  • Employee monitoring system
  • Security and maintenance support
  • Ongoing workforce support
What’s included in Managed Offshoring pricing?

The employee’s salary and Philippine statutory entitlements, including 13th-month pay, SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth. Health and life insurance are standard, subject to your confirmation.

Do you add a margin to staff costs?

No. Salaries, statutory benefits, insurance and other staff costs are passed through at cost.

How does invoicing work?

You receive a monthly invoice with a detailed cost breakdown. We encourage you to review it with your offshore staff to support transparency and accountability.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You pay the management fee only while your staff member is working, subject to your agreement. If you decide to end the arrangement, we ask for 60 days’ notice so we can follow the required employment process.

Can I scale my team up or down?

Yes. Grow or reduce your team as your needs change, with reasonable notice and in line with your agreement and local labour laws.

Operations, performance and security

How do you keep my data secure?

Every employee signs a confidentiality clause and NDA. You can run the network and security on your own systems, or we can supply and manage the equipment with our own network security controls.

How is performance managed?

Through KPIs, regular reporting and structured reviews. We can also help you set up KPIs and scorecards for each role.

How do I know my staff are working?

You track their KPIs and stay in regular contact through tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom. Managed Offshoring also includes an employee monitoring system.

Will my offshore staff work only for my business?

Yes. Your staff work exclusively for you, as an extension of your team, using your processes, systems and standards.

How long does onboarding take?

Usually two to six weeks, depending on the role, candidate availability, system access and training needs.

How long is the probation period?

Six months, with monthly catch-ups from our account team to review progress, discuss feedback and address any concerns.

What if a hire doesn’t work out?

We provide a replacement at no extra replacement fee. This applies throughout the engagement, as often as needed.
